The following material is subject to copyright under various copyright laws. While some ownership vests in the editor of the book Mrs Nancy Robinson Flannery, copyright also exists for the authors of the material.
Vested in the author is copyright for their individual contributions and transcripts of oral interviews, and also their capacity as the editor.
